Why: I really don’t know. These days it seems to be one of the things that you need to be part of, so I thought I’d have a look.
I’m really not all that impressed. I’ll give it a but more time and report back. Maybe I’m no longer in the right generation. People like me who were around when the home PC and the Internet were just beginning to take off are no longer with it! (Well, just maybe).
All Right, even though I’ve only been on twitter for five days I have come to the conclusion that it is a piece of crap. The only thing I believe it is good for is Companies that would like to make announcement and people interested in that company can follow those companies to receive those announcements.
I have noticed that people have started to follow me but it seems to be more for advertising. People follow me so when I look at who is following all I see is people trying to sell their wares.
Bottom line, forget about twitter.
Yeah after one hour of using it I’m not a big fan.
