From the Console

Log in as root

login
nmcli con edit "HassOS default"
set ipv4.addresses 192.168.1.11/24
set ipv4.gateway 192.168.1.254
set ipv4.dns 8.8.8.8,8.8.4.4
quit
reboot

From USB Configuration File

  • Using a FAT32 USB drive. preferably a small capacity
  • label the USB as CONFIG. Notice the capitals. No period after the name.
  • create a folder called network and a file called my-network. \network\my-network

Remove the IPv4 DNS setting so IPv6 are used.
