Android Manager WiFi allows you to synchronise your applictions to your computer. The applictions are on your computer you can then export to another phone or save the apk file and do what you want with it.

  1. Install Android Manager on PC link
  2. Install Android Manager WiFi Agent on handset, from the market or here
