Currently CentOS 6.x is currently not supported. To make FOP2 work on CentOS 6.x make the following link

Edit the fop2.cfg configuration file.
vi /usr/local/fop2/fop2.cfg
Ensure that the username and password set in fop2.cfg are the same as what is configured is Asterisk manager.conf.
Example of fop2.cfg
[general] ; AMI definitions manager_host = 127.0.0.1 manager_port = 5038 manager_user = fop2user manager_secret = MySecret
Example of manager.conf
[general] enabled = yes port = 5038 bindaddr = 127.0.0.1 [fop2user] secret = MySecret deny = 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0 permit = 127.0.0.1/255.255.255.0 read = system,call,command,agent,user,originate write = system,call,command,agent,user,originate
